Short Biography

I am a UX researcher currently pursuing Ph.D. in Information Technology, specialized in User Experience Research at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. My Ph.D. research focuses on User Experience and Behavior Change Support Systems (BCSS). My research interests are augmented reality, eye-tracking, internet of things (IoT), and accessibility. I am working on a smartphone application (a BCSS) that can help users in making healthy food choices and change their behavior towards healthy eating. I am using augmented reality to enhance the app’s usability and the decision-making process. Before entering the Ph.D. program, I received M.S. in Information Technology from WPI and B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Sanghvi Institute of Management & Science.
