Short Biography

I lead product strategy and discovery at the intersection of user insights, innovation, and business impact. As Director of Product Management, I oversee the research and insights function, translating deep user understanding into product decisions that drive measurable outcomes. My expertise spans UX research, human-centered design, emerging technologies (AR/IoT), and accessibility. I approach product strategy as a scientist: hypothesis-driven, data-informed, and obsessed with the customer truth. Currently also pursuing my PhD in Information Technology at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, researching how to design technology systems that create lasting user impact.
